Installing Laravel and Tailwind

I created a new Laravel project locally on my machine and created a GitHub repo to back up my work. With the idea of deploying the application once it has been completed.

Once my raspberry pi was up and running, with PHP and MySql already installed it was time to get started with Laravel.

Setting up a Rasberry Pi

Repurposing my Raspberry Pi, a device I hadn't touched since I initially installed an operating system on it back in April 2020. My goal was to turn it into a web server. I naively assumed that I could plug it into my home router, and it would seamlessly become part of my home network. To my disappointment, that wasn't the case, and I found myself spending an excessive amount of time trying to locate the Pi within my network.
